Phoebe Jaspe is a multidisciplinary visual artist based in Tromsø, Norway, whose work explores the intersections of art, technology, and immersive media. With a background in Film and Media Production from Sheffield Hallam University and an MA in Fine Art from the University of Tromsø, Phoebe merges cinematic storytelling with experimental visual practices, frequently incorporating artificial intelligence and virtual production tools into her work.
She currently collaborates with the Kreativ Teknologi team at TVIBIT, where she experiments on innovative media projects and AI-driven tools. Her artistic contributions span live visuals for music festivals, interactive set design, music videos, short films, and virtual game environments. Notable recent projects include Blue Sungazer, a virtual production film, and live visual performances with artists Per Martinsen and Louisa Palmi across multiple festivals and music videos.
Phoebe’s career began in the UAE, where she worked in production coordination for major brands like Audi Middle East and Jumeirah Group. Over time, she transitioned to art direction and scenography, contributing to projects like Rein Film’s Sensommer (2020) and the Insomnia Music Festival. Her installations and visual works have been featured in numerous exhibitions, including group shows at Tromsø Kunstforening and Galleri Snerk.
She has skills in Unreal Engine 5, video projection technologies, and AI visual tools, and continues to push the boundaries of creative expression through cross-disciplinary collaboration.
Fluent in English and conversational in several languages, Phoebe brings a global and inclusive approach to her practice, shaped by diverse professional experiences from Abu Dhabi, England to Arctic Norway.
